London is set to bask in the hottest temperatures we’ve seen so far this year.
2024 hasn’t exactly been inspiring on the sunshine-front, and this summer’s left a lot to desire so far. But come Tuesday and Wednesday (June 25 and 26), we’ll be getting 28C highs.
While this pales in comparison to the European heatwave, for Britain, 28C is pretty solid, and easily barbecue weather.

The highs won’t be around for all that long, unfortunately.
According to BBC Weather, Thursday (June 27) will dip to 26C, but after that it’s slowly downhill.
Up until July 7, it will sit around the early twenties – not terrible, but could be better.
