Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has given ITV viewers an update on her relationship status.

During Wednesday’s show, the panel were discussing the rise in couples deciding not to live together.

Christine Lampard revealed that 10 per cent of couples are choosing to no longer live in the same house.

Discussing the topic, Coleen didn’t seem to agree as she shared some information about her own personal life.

She said: “I don’t know. I think if you’re married or engaged or in a full-time committed relationship, then I don’t get it. Why wouldn’t you live together?

“But, now that I’m single… there ain’t no man getting back in that house!” Her response resulted in a round of applause from the audience as her co-stars laughed at the remark.

The Loose Women star explained she agrees with Whoopi Goldberg, who once said she doesn’t want someone (a significant other) in their house.

Coleen added: “I’m not saying I wouldn’t like a relationship again, but I think- I’ve had a lot. I think this time, it would be nice to see them like twice a week. Do what you need to do, off you pop.”

Over the years Coleen has been open about her love life, as she introduced her most recent ex partner Michael to the world back in 2022 when he appeared on Loose Women.

The pair began dating back in 2021 after meeting on a dating app. However, they seemed to have an on-and-off relationship as they called it quits and got back together multiple times.

At the end of last year, Coleen shared that they’ve decided to remain friends and go their separate ways.

Although she met Michael online, the 60-year-old has no plans to use dating apps again, as she explained on the Loose Women podcast.

She said: “I do think the best ways are the organic ways. And its normally through friends or colleagues, or they introduce you to someone.

“Obviously in the past I’ve used dating apps and it’s been brilliant, really good, because who goes out now, especially when you get to a certain age. I’m not going to go to nightclubs and I’m not a big drinker, so I’m not going to go and stand in a bar somewhere.

“But I found dating apps great. And you can talk for ages first and you can judge it from then if you want to go and meet them. But I can’t be bothered doing that again. Just those moments of going to meet a total stranger.”

Loose Women continues weekdays on ITV from 12:30pm
