One baking expert has shared an easy 10-minute recipe for “delicious” cookies. The recipe is perfect for those who don’t have much time and don’t want their baking to take too long
There’s nothing like spending the weekend baking some delicious sweet treats. However, a lot of people don’t have much time and don’t want it to take too long. If that sounds like you, then have no fear, as one baking expert has shared an easy 10-minute recipe for “delicious” cookies.
Eloise Head, known as @fitwafflekitchen online, is a cook book author and often sharing her baking tips and recipes online, which she shares with her 2.6million followers. And they were loving her recent post about her quick-bake cookies, with the post racking up more than 17,000 likes. The video sees Eloise show off the finished cookies at the start of the clip as she says: “Here’s how to make mini choc chip cookies in just 10 minutes.”
She then tells viewers to whisk together unsalted melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar and whisk it all until it’s fully combined.
You then need to add one large egg and vanilla essence and whisk these in too.
After this, you’ll need to add some plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt and fold these in to form a dough.
Bakers then need to add their chocolate chips and again fold them into the mixture.
When this is all combined, you scoop up “about a tablespoon” of the dough and roll it into a ball and place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven “for around five minute”.
Then you just need to let them cool slightly and you can dig in!

Following up in the caption, she wrote: “10-MINUTE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. 5-minutes to make, 5-minutes to bake (you can also bake them in the air fryer).
“If you love cookies, but want to skip the chilling time and eat them almost instantly, you gotta try these.
“They’re soft, thin, and chewy, with crisp edges, and they’re absolutely delicious.”
She also gave followers an extra tip if they wanted “thicker” cookies, writing: “Tip: If you would like them to be a little thicker, add an extra 30g of plain flour. You could also use softened butter instead of melted butter.”
One person wrote: “Love this,” while another told her: “Definitely trying these.”
Meanwhile, someone who had already tried the recipe exclaimed: “I’d never been able to make cookies, always came out wrong but used your recipe and they’re so good. Thank you!”
