CCTV images have been released of a man police would like to speak to following an alleged sexual assault. The incident reportedly occurred on Thursday, June 12 at around 9.50pm at Farringdon Tube station.
A woman in her early twenties was stood near the barrier with a friend when it is alleged that a man sexually assaulted her and then made kiss gestures towards her.
The person police believe has information that could help their investigation was wearing a distinctive sweatshirt. The top half was either navy blue or black, while the bottom half was red, with ‘EXCITING’ written across the front.
He was also wearing dark tracksuit bottoms, with either white or light grey trainers. Detectives believe the man in these CCTV images may have information that could help with their investigation.
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016, or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 739 of 12 June. Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
