Meghan Markle plans to seem ‘positive and approachable’ in her new photoshoot, which took place at the Duchess’ Montecito mansion the other week before Princess Kate’s cancer diagnosis was announced
Meghan Markle plans to seem “positive and approachable” in her new photoshoot, it has been claimed.
The Duchess of Sussex recently enlisted a photographer to snap some photos of her and her children at their Montecito mansion in California. The lavish shoot, carried out by Jake Rosenberg, is believed to have coincided with the launch of her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard.
The former Suits star, who played the role of Rachel Zane in the hit legal drama, is said to have posed for some lifestyle snaps during the shoot. She also had some snaps taken with her two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, as per reports.

The news of Meghan’s photoshoot came just days before it was revealed that Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year. And it has since been claimed that Meghan is “unlikely” to release the snaps following the Princess’ news.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, public relations guru Lynn Carratt also touched on how the Royal Family like to use photographs and portraits to their “advantage”, with Meghan likely to do this with her new set of snaps. Ms Carratt said that royals use portraits to “present themselves in a positive and approachable light”, noting that “this is what Meghan and Harry will want to do”.
Elsewhere she said: “Meghan will likely also want to use these pictures to connect with followers on social media by documenting their lives and, pictures of Archie and Lilibet will be eagerly anticipated by followers because they want to see how they have grown and who they look like.”
But although she believes the Duchess will want to use the snaps online, Lynn thinks that following the announcement of Kate’s cancer, “it seems unlikely that Megan will release pictures of the children or a family portrait”.
She concluded: “It’s possible that she may wait until May for Mother’s Day in the USA or Harry’s 40th birthday in September and release a family portrait to celebrate the occasions.”
