Meghan Markle has given fans a fresh glimpse into what Prince Harry is really like in a new trailer for her latest Netflix collaboration.

The Duchess is set to launch the second series of her cooking and lifestyle show – With Love, Meghan – in a matter of days after the first series was panned by critics.

Sharing the teaser on Instagram, Meghan wrote: “The best moments are made to be shared. With Love, Meghan returns August 26th on @netflix.”

While fans were quick to point out the celebrity guests set to appear on the show, others were stunned by an admission Meghan made about her husband. It comes after reports that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new Netflix deal could cause ‘concern’ for Royal Family.

In the last few seconds of the trailer, Meghan is chatting candidly with famous chef José Andrés. She is then seen telling the cook: “Do you know who doesn’t like lobster? My husband.”

The chef then cheekily responded: “And you married him?!” prompting Meghan to laugh.

In the short preview of the second series, Queer Eye star Tan France and Chrissy Teigen make an appearance as guests in Meghan’s house.

Other celeb cameos include Christina Tosi, Clare Smyth, Daniel Martin, David Chang, Heather Dorak, Jamie Kern Lima, Jay Shetty, José Andrés, Radhi Devlukia and Samin Nosrat.

The trailer showed Meghan cooking and baking with her famous pals. “I love the idea of just spending time together… and finding new ways to show people you care,” she says. “There are easy ways to show up, lovingly.”

With Love, Meghan, season one was released in March but failed to break into the top 300 most-watched shows on the streaming platform in the first six months of 2025, and was widely panned by critics.

In the eight-part first season of the show, the former Suits actress gives hosting tips and cooks with celebrity friends including The Office star Mindy Kaling, whom Meghan tells she goes by the surname Sussex now.

Harry made just one appearance at the end of the first season’s final episode when he joined Meghan, her mother Doria Ragland and friends for an outdoor celebratory brunch.

The preview comes just hours after Meghan and Harry announced they have signed a second deal with Netflix, after weeks of speculation that their partnership would be coming to an end in September.

Five years ago, Harry and Meghan secured a lucrative contract, thought to be worth more than 100 million dollars (£74 million), with Netflix after quitting as senior working royals in 2020 – but this new extension is seen as a downgrade on their previous exclusive rights deal and is believed to be worth a lot less .

Meghan, who has a partnership with Netflix for her As Ever brand, said of the new contract: “We’re proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As Ever brand.

“My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision.”
