Oceania Cruises has released details of its next six month cruise which will see lucky passengers sail to some of the most beautiful destinations in the world in South America, the South Pacific and South Asia

A 180-day cruise which sold out in half an hour is now taking bookings for its 2026 sailings.

Oceania Cruises found itself inundated with would-be cruisers after unveiling its mega 180-day trip from Miami, which visits 101 places in 43 different countries. Clearly the sun dappled nature of the destinations and half-a-year in which passengers had to enjoy them hit the spot with the cruising community, with the tickets for the 2025 passage selling like hotcakes.

Now the cruise company has released details for its latest offering, which will see a relatively small group of 1,200 passengers board the liner’s shiny new ship, Vista. The ship sets off from Miami on January 6, 2026 and will spend the first six weeks checking out the coast of South America, docking at large cities and small but fascinating ports, before it winds its way up to Mexico and then on to California, and Hawaii. That’s a lot of coastal paradises and dream destinations ticked off before the cruise is even half done.

The ship will then motor on to the South Pacific to stop off at spots including Bora Bora, French Polynesia and Vanuatu, then on to Singapore, Thailand and Australia. Once it has worked its way round a large bulk of the south of Asia, the ship will head to the Mediterranean and then on to our very own British Isles.

If visiting some of the most jaw dropping destinations in the world wasn’t enough, the ship is also crammed full of entertaining things to do, including a spa, library, golf, pickleball and lots of delicious food to eat at the on-ship restaurants, bars and cafes.

The Oceania website states: “Step aboard Oceania Vista and you’ll discover a dramatic new way of seeing the world. Vista invites you to savour your experience on a ship whose captivating beauty and stylish design evoke the wonders you’ll discover ashore. Stunning interiors and harmonious spaces reflect a fresh, new perspective through organic elements inspired by the land and sea.”

“Sail to fascinating destinations in faraway lands while enjoying the Finest Cuisine at Sea and personalised service that distinguish every ship in our fleet along with several unique firsts in the realms of dining, accommodations and guest experience. No stone is left unturned on this sweeping global journey that explores the four corners of the globe.

“The epic voyage begins with an expansive six-week exploration of South America, rounding the southern tip and fully charting the continent’s western coast before continuing up to Mexico and California. From Brazil’s iconic beaches to Patagonia’s stark beauty and the immense cultural treasures of Peru, you will experience it all.”

“Vista continues island-hopping in the dazzling South Pacific think dreamy French Polynesia lagoons and far-flung archipelagoes like Vanuatu and calling on unique Australian ports, such as Cairns and Darwin. Farther west, off-the-beaten-path secrets come to life in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand and across India followed by the impressive cities and surreal dunes of the Arabian Peninsula.”

“The enchanting coastal villages and favorite cities of the Mediterranean, British Isles and Nordic region take center stage for more than one month, certain to be full of culture, epicurean discoveries and natural wonders before crossing the Atlantic to complete the impressive voyage.”

However, doing the full cruise won’t come cheap, with prices for the full 180 days starting from £47,377. You can find out more on oceaniacruises.com.
