The Metropolitan Police have released a CCTV video and photos of two men they’re hunting following a double stabbing in Newham in March. Shortly before midnight on Wednesday, March 20, police were called to Woodgrange Road in Newham after receiving calls about a stabbing.
When officers arrived, they found two victims suffering from multiple stab wounds. They were rushed to hospital where their injuries were assessed as non-life threatening.
However, CCTV footage examined by police shows two young men approaching the victims before stabbing them. A video released by the Metropolitan Police shows a man backing up towards the camera as two people rush towards him and attack him, kicking and slashing at him.

The police say the CCTV later shows the two suspects fleeing towards Forest Gate railway station. The police are now releasing images of the two men as part of their ongoing investigation into the double stabbing.
Detective Constable Ben Dailey from the North East Area Sapphire team said: “We have exhausted all lines of enquiry and we are now asking for the public’s help.
“It is important that these men are identified as soon as possible. “While we know the images are not of the greatest quality, we think there is a chance someone might recognise them.
“Were you a witness to this stabbing? Were you in the area on Wednesday, 20 March? If so, then please come forward to police by calling 101 stating 8276/20MAR24 to help us identify the two suspects.”
