With the Gallagher brothers’ long-awaited reunion coming up fast, fans have been paying eye-watering prices for tickets. They will be performing at the UK’s largest stadium, Wembley Stadium, with its capacity of 90,000, on July 25, 26 , 30, August 2, 3 as well as September 27 and 28.
Avid fans may remember the last time the two were on stage together was in 2009 at the Dig Out Your Soul tour. But now they’ve managed to put their differences aside, the duo will be taking to the stage in front of tens of thousands.
They’re hardly shy, and have been very vocal about each other over the years. Liam, the younger and taller of the two, once responded to a misbehaving fan in the most brutal way back in 2009.
They were performing at The Roundhouse in Camden when a fan allegedly threw something. It’s not entirely clear what was launched, but Liam mentioned the possibility of a drink and a coin, according to NME.
It understandably annoyed Liam for the rest of the performance, and he didn’t hold back from sharing his views on the alleged culprit. Liam brutally called him a ‘f*****g uni boy’, and a ‘fat boy’.

Liam yelled: “Is that some f*****g sh*tbag who’s throwing f*****g lager, can’t handle a soft arse from f*****g Camden town? Well get on this, f*****g student…”
He added: “Here you are, student, if you want me to [go] offstage, don’t be throwing f*****g pound coins. Why don’t you try and come up here and f*****g make me come off? Alright d***head.”
