Shopping marketplace Yimbly (owned by My London’s parent company Reach Plc) is currently offering a pet bed that ‘keeps dogs cool on hot days’ for a discounted price.
The PawHut Elevated Dog Bed has a cot-style design that lifts pets off the ground by more than 23.5cm, allowing air to flow freely underneath them and on all sides. It boasts a large curved canopy that offers UV protection, ensuring dogs are kept shaded from the sun.
For a limited time, Yimbly is offering customers the chance to save 10% on the dog bed with the code SUMMERDAYS10. This brings the price down from £36.99 to £33.29, making it cheaper than Amazon’s current offer of £36.43 for the same bed.

The PawHut Elevated Dog Bed is available in blue, brown or grey and can support up to 50kg. It can be used with or without the canopy and comes with a handy travel bag, making it ideal to take on days out and trips away.
The Range is selling a similar Raised Pet Bed and Sun Shade that’s the same size and style of the Yimbly version for £34.99. Dog owners who would prefer a bed with covered sides may be interested in Amazon’s Upgraded Elevated Dog Bed with Canopy priced at £70.
The online giant claims this more expensive option provides ‘greater shade than most other dog cots’. This is due to its large waterproof UV-proof canopy with mesh sides that allow ‘great air flow’.
There are currently no reviews for the PawHut Elevated Dog Bed on the Yimbly website; however, on Amazon, it has earned a respectable overall rating of 4.5 out of five. One impressed buyer wrote: “Very well made and easy to put together. I bought this for my granddaughter’s dog. She’s very pleased with it, as it keeps her dog cool on hot days.”
“My dogs love their new summer bed,” commented another happy customer. “It keeps them cool, is well-made, and is a decent size. One of them is a cross malamute, and there’s plenty of space for him to stretch. Definitely value for money. They sleep well, so must be comfortable.”
Unfortunately, the PawHut Elevated Dog Bed isn’t suitable for all dogs, as one Amazon shopper explained: “The canopy didn’t keep the sun off the bed. It was too high so the dog was still lying in the sun.”
However, someone else was delighted, as their five-star review reads: “Absolutely fantastic. The size is spot on, and it looks super comfortable. It’s lightweight yet sturdy.
“Super easy to clean, and the fact that it actually gives a decent amount of shade no matter where the sun is makes it an absolute bargain for the cost. Very happy with this purchase.”
