British Transport Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after a woman was sexually assaulted on the Elizabeth Line

British Transport Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after a woman was sexually assaulted on the Elizabeth Line. The incident happened at around 9am on Tuesday, 11 November, on a service travelling from Slough to Tottenham Court Road.

Officers said the victim was standing in a crowded carriage when a man positioned behind her sexually assaulted her. He reportedly continued the assault even as she attempted to move away.

Investigators believe the man pictured may hold information that could help with the enquiry. He can be seen in the photo wearing a black puffer coat, blue tracksuit bottoms and a white cap.

Anyone who recognises him is urged to text BTP on 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 201 of 11 November.

Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
