Primark is a fantastic shop for people who want to be fashionable, but are on a budget, and that’s why this mini skirt is going to be a firm favourite for fashionistas who want to save money but look cute this autumn. Holly, who posts on TikTok as @imhollyfrances, shared Primark was “serving the cutest autumn pieces,” starting off with the perfect transitional skirt.

Holly urged people to “run to Primark” before this gorgeous piece sells out, and shoppers will be pleased to know it’s currently available for click and collect, so you can shop from the comfort of your sofa if you’d prefer.

“As soon as I saw this dark wash denim skirt, I knew it had to come home with me. I love the low-waist with the ruffled detail, it’s just so cute. I actually couldn’t believe it when I tried it on,” Holly gushed.

Also, for those worried that the skirt might be a little bit too short, fear not, as it “has shorts underneath,” so there’s no way a rogue gust of wind will expose you to the elements.

“It is technically a skort,” Holly reiterated, saying: “But that makes it even better”.

She said it was the “perfect wardrobe staple for this season,” saying that she “loves a denim skirt for styling in autumn”.

They’re perfect as they can be worn bare-legged while the sun is still peeking out at intervals, perhaps with some knee-high boots.

But, they can also be worn with tights and Ugg boots when it gets chillier, and it’ll still look as adorable.

On Primark’s website, the description of the ‘micro boxer skirt’ reads: “Give your denim days a twist with this micro boxer skirt. Designed in an indigo wash, it’s cut in a super short, pleated silhouette with contrast stitching for that classic finish.

“The low-rise waist and exposed button-and-zip front give it that nod to vintage styles, while belt loops and front pockets add a bit of practicality.

“With its boxer-inspired shape and bold proportions, it’s a playful piece to style up or down, depending on your mood.”

It’s available in sizes 4 to 20, and will set you back just £14.

It wasn’t the only thing Holly was shouting about in her autumnal haul, however. She also picked up some other lovely transitional pieces.

She referred to a trench as her “best” Primark buy, praising the colour and the fit.

Holly also bought a pinstripe skort, a sweater vest that contained cashmere, a burgundy jumper and a butter coloured jumper in the same style, a skirt with bows on, a cream cardigan with wool, and a green cardigan-jacket which also contained wool.

She was smitten with her haul, urging people to “run”.
