Social media posts appear to indicate that Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s daughters left the UK with them both embarking on under-the-radar trips

Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie have both appeared to have quietly left the country while scrutiny on their parents intensified. According to social media posts, the daughters of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson both embarked on separate under-the-radar trips recently, taking them out of the UK.

It comes as Andrew is facing increasing calls to vacate his 30-room Windsor mansion amid the continuing furore over his links to paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and the ‘peppercorn’ rent deal he has for the property, which means he has barely paid any for more than 20 years. Andrew announced he would be relinquishing his Duke of York title earlier this month, but Buckingham Palace made it clear there would be no change for his daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie.

As fury over Andrew and Fergie’s living arrangements continue, it seems Beatrice travelled to Saudi Arabia, where she was snapped at the Future Investment Initiative in Riyadh, which started on Monday and runs until tomorrow.

The photo, posted yesterday, shows her at the event, she also attended at the same time last year when she was pregnant with daughter Athena.

Meanwhile, Eugenie has also been spotted in an Instagram snap posted by interior designer Sterling McDavid. She posted a string of photos several days ago showing a girls’ trip to Paris, with Eugenie featuring in one of the images as they posed by the River Seine with the Eiffel Tower in the background. It is not known if either has yet returned to the UK.

News of their trips come after Emily Maitlis, who grilled Andrew in his car crash Newsnight interview, claimed Prince William threatened to take away the titles of princesses if they didn’t help persuade their father to leave Royal Lodge – despite no meeting between them every taking place.

When The Mirror contacted Kensington Palace they confirmed no meeting between Prince William and the princesses took place, and said it would also be factually inaccurate to say the Prince of Wales can remove titles. Constitutionally, he cannot.

It comes as pressure is mounting on Andrew to be hauled in front of MPs over his Royal Lodge lease – as the King was heckled by a protestor over his disgraced brother on Monday.

Andrew is said to be in talks with Charles’ representatives about leaving Royal Lodge, where he has lived for more than 20 years. Reports have suggested he and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson have agreed to leave the property in exchange for two separate residences.

It has been reported that Andrew would like to live in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s old Windsor residence of Frogmore Cottage. Meanwhile, it is claimed Fergie would like Adelaide Cottage after it is vacated by the Prince and Princess of Wales next month.

William, Kate and their children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – are reportedly due to move to Forest Lodge, an eight-bedroom Grade II-listed residence in Windsor Great Park, in the next few weeks.

But calls are getting louder for him to also testify to a Commons select committee on the use of taxpayer money after it emerged he has lived in effectively rent-free in the Crown Estate property since 2003.

The King had attempted to brush off any family drama as he visited the West Midlands to attend a special service at the Cathedral on Monday morning.

But he was heckled as he met crowds outside Lichfield Cathedral by a man in the crowd who shouted a string of questions, including “How long have you known about Andrew and Epstein?”
