River Island shoppers have been going wild for the high street retailer’s Brown Leopard Print two-piece, calling the co-ord ‘unreal’

While it’s been a timeless and much-loved print throughout the decades, it’s no secret that leopard print is having a real moment in 2024. And River Island shoppers have become ‘obsessed’ with an ‘unreal’ statement co-ord that you can style multiple ways.

The high-street retailer shared the bold tailored two-piece to social media last week, fast becoming one of its most commented-on posts in recent months. In the video influencer @annabremwilson showed off how to wear the Brown Leopard Print Oversized Blazer and Brown Leopard Print Wide Leg Trousers three different ways.

In one outfit, Anna wore the £65 blazer and £40 trousers together with a black clutch bag and heels. She dared to go topless, giving the outfit a sultry look – though you could opt for a black vest or blouse if you prefer a more covered up look.

She also showed how to style the pieces separately, styling the blazer with a pair of black scalloped tailored shorts and red heels, before throwing on the trousers with a sheer black lace top and a red bag.

Shoppers were left floored at the outfit, commenting on the post: “Oh my word. I love this this is unreal,” “Love them both – leopard never goes out of fashion” and “oh my word i absolutely LOVE this suit!!!!”

And while some were ‘obsessed’ others were left divided, commenting: “Who goes out without a bra or a top on.”

Both pieces come in sizes 6-18, with the blazer boasting an oversized fit with notch lapels and button fastening. Meanwhile the trousers feature a flattering wide leg fit and concealed fastening for a polished look, with side slip pockets that add practicality.

Elsewhere, ASOS is stocking this Miss Selfridge oversized blazer in animal print for £55.99, or for something even more statement, Jayley’s Gold Animal Print Sequin Blazer is a dazzling option, coming in at £186. Or for a smarter piece, French Connection’s Animal Print Single Breasted Blazer is currently £99 at M&S.

We love the idea of throwing on the Brown Leopard Print Oversized Blazer over a little black dress for date night, or styling with some black tailored trousers and a white blouse for work. You could even pair it with jeans for a slightly more relaxed look.

You can shop both the Brown Leopard Print Oversized Blazer and Brown Leopard Print Wide Leg Trousers here on the River Island website.
