The Face The Future Sun Care Edit is packed with everything you need to protect your skin from the sun, and is worth a whopping £257 – but you can snap it up for just £59.99

We’ve recently enjoyed a few glimmers of glorious sunshine, and I’ve no doubt many will have experienced a spot of sunburn, too. It’s easy to forget your SPF when there are burgers and sausages to be eaten in the sun, but now, an online retailer has made it easier than ever to stock up on your sun protection for less.

Whether you’ve run out of last year’s factor 50, accidentally left your SPF mist on holiday, or your scalp protectant is past its expiry, fear not, because Face The Future has launched a limited-edition Sun Care Edit that saves almost £200 on the RRP. Priced at £59.99, shoppers can snap up every kind of sun protection they need to see them through the summer without having to fork out a small fortune.

The Face The Future Edit, worth £257, contains everything from SPF eye creams to scalp mists as well as pamper essentials such as gradual tan and lip scrubs from leading sun protection brands like Hello Sunday, Ultrasun and Eucerin.

One of the products in the box, the Avant Velvet Perfecting Rose Sugar Lip Scrub is worth £58 alone, which is only £2 less than the entire box. The Institut Esthederm Sun Care Oil Body and Hair Moderate Sun is also worth £56, and is designed to protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun, while still allowing you to develop a golden tan.

But don’t underestimate some of the ‘lower value’ items in the haul, like the Hello Sunday The One For Your Eyes SPF50 which helps ‘tighten, brighten, lift, and protect your eye area’, which is often one of the first places to show signs of ageing due to sun damage. We also love the Ultrasun UV Face & Scalp Mist SPF50 which is perfect for spraying over makeup to reapply SPF throughout the day, and can also be used on the scalp to avoid burning your parting without making hair greasy.

However, as is often the case with curated edits like this, is that with so much packed inside, it’s unlikely that shoppers will love every single item inside – but we always recommend regifting products you’re unlikely to use.

Here’s everything inside the Face The Future Sun Care Edit for £59.99:

  • Institut Esthederm Sun Care Oil Body and Hair Moderate Sun 150ml – £56

  • Hello Sunday The One For Your Eyes SPF50 15ml – £18

  • Eucerin Hydro Protect SPF 50+ 50ml – £22

  • Ultrasun UV Face & Scalp Mist SPF50 75ml – £18

  • Gatineau Golden Glow Gradual Tan 75ml – £20

  • Avant Velvet Perfecting Rose Sugar Lip Scrub 10ml – £58

  • Philip Kingsley Swimcap Water Resistant Mask 200ml – £38

  • Hairburst Volume & Growth Elixir 125ml – £25

We’ve no doubt this haul is set to be popular with shoppers after Cult Beauty’s Set For The Sun edit sold out not once, but twice. Elsewhere, other SPF-focused products proving to be a hit with skincare fans include the No7 Future Renew Damage Protection Defence Shield SPF50, which became the top-selling product on the Boots website on its launch day in April. Meanwhile, Glossier’s Invisible Shield SPF50, which launched in the same month, has been praised for having similar properties to a makeup primer.

Shoppers looking to stock up on their SPF protection can shop the Sun Care Edit here at Face The Future for under £60, or discover The Mirror beauty team’s 10 best summer beauty essentials for 2024 to buy now ahead of the heatwave here.
