A man in his 20s has been stabbed in Streatham this afternoon (October 6), leaving blood ‘all over’ the pavement. He was attacked outside Starbucks on Streatham Hill at around 1pm and taken to hospital.
His injuries are neither life-changing or life-threatening, the Metropolitan Police has since confirmed. An investigation to find the knifeman is now underway, the force added.
A photo shared on social media showed a a doctor tending to the injured man on the ground. There is also a large police presence and a cordon set up around the coffee shop. One onlooker said pedestrians were being diverted away from the scene, whilst another said the incident was “scary” to see.
