Police in Conburi, eastern Thailand, were called to a domestic dispute where an 18-year-old girl allegedly knifed her boyfriend, also 18, in the head for touching her new nose job

A teenage girl allegedly slashed her boyfriend’s head with a knife after he touched her recent nose job.

The alleged attack happened during a heated argument between the pair and resulted in officers from the Conburi police force in eastern Thailand arresting the youngster for assault.

It’s claimed the 18-year-old woman lashed out at her partner, who is also the same age, after he touched her recently operated-on nose and left her in pain last week.

Things are believed to have escalated into a physical altercation when the woman says when her partner touched her nose there was a “loud pop” which came from inside it.

Fearing the surgery had been damaged, she allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife, striking him across the head with it. Emergency workers were called to the couple’s home after the woman called for help, AU News reports.

They arrived to find the man bleeding heavily from a deep four-inch cut across his scalp. Footage of the incident shows emergency services entering the room to find the woman straddling her boyfriend while pressing a cloth to his head.

Emergency service workers rushed to the scene and transported the bleeding victim to Laem Chabang hospital alongside his girlfriend, who was described as being very emotional and gripping him tightly.

The pair sat side-by-side throughout the trip to the hospital, even as the man was taken into an operating room to have his wound stitched up.

Authorities said the woman is known for frequently changing her appearance and allegedly told cops that she had “lost control” when she believed her nose job had be ruined and her face disfigured.

She said: “While fighting we were shoving each other and I felt him touch my nose. I heard a loud flicking sound so I thought it had been disfigured.

“I grabbed a knife and slashed him once, and he did not try to avoid me, as if accepting his guilt. I was furious because I was in pain but I apologised to him after I calmed down.

A spokesperson for Laem Chabang Police told local media that they “cannot arrest the girlfriend because the victim himself has refused to file a complaint against her.”

Despite the injury, the man declined to press charges.
