The supermarket is giving away one new Vauxhall Frontera Electric as part of its 30 years of Clubcard celebrations
Tesco is urging its Clubcard members to check their receipts to see if they’ve won a brand new car.
The supermarket is giving away one new Vauxhall Frontera Electric as part of its 30 years of Clubcard celebrations. Shoppers need to scan a QR code that will appear on selected receipts and on screens in store or by visiting tesco.com/vauxhallcompetition.
There will be a few questions to answer, with the winner then picked at random from Tesco Clubcard members with correct entries. The competition closes on August 31.
The car up for grabs is a Frontera Electric GS 44kWh 113PS with the optional Ultimate Pack and Canyon Orange metallic paint that retails at £25,995 OTR (after the Electric Car Grant).
Tesco Group Loyalty and Membership Director Shama Wilson said: “We have teamed up with our points partner Vauxhall for this competition as part of our celebration of 30 years of rewards with Clubcard.
“One of our Clubcard members will win an amazing new electric vehicle from Vauxhall. I’d encourage all our Clubcard members to look out for the QR codes on their receipts to ensure they don’t miss out.”
Vauxhall Marketing Director Phil Douglass said: “We’re excited for one lucky shopper to win a new Frontera Electric through our partnership with Tesco.
“Clubcard members can already collect 50,000 Clubcard points when purchasing a new Vauxhall, while new Vauxhall electric car buyers can receive £500 charging credit at Tesco stores across the UK through our Electric All In package.”
There are more than 23 million Tesco Clubcard members. Tesco shoppers get one Clubcard point for every £1 spent on groceries in stores and online, or one point for every two litres of fuel you buy at a Tesco petrol station.
Additionally, every £1 spent on Tesco Mobile is worth one point, while every £4 spent on a Tesco credit card is also worth one point.
You’ll also get one point for every £1 spent using a Tesco Clubcard Pay+ debit card. You need a minimum of 150 points to get a Clubcard voucher, which will be worth £1.50 to spend in Tesco.
You can double the value of your points by using them with a Tesco Reward Partner, such as RAC, Pizza Express, Disney+ and easyJet.
