Cat Deeley swaps her high end outfits for a George at Asda two-piece complete with cream linen shorts and a matching blazer – and you can still shop her look online

Cat Deeley has the ability to quickly sell out just about anything she wears while presenting This Morning segments. While her usual style choices come courtesy of mid-to-high priced brands like The Kooples, Karen Millen and French Connection, she does occasionally spotlight a look from a more budget-friendly brand.

Today, the 47 year old did just that when she donned a two-piece by Asda supermarket brand George. Wearing the Studio Edit White Tailored Pleated Shorts, £22, paired with the Studio Edit White Single Button Blazer With Linen, £39, to host her usual mid-week ITV breakfast slot with Ben Shepard, and she looked like the picture of elegance.

Cat styled the cream-coloured linen shorts under the blazer with a black tank top tucked in, but you can pick up the set’s matching button-up waistcoat for £18. The set is miraculously still in stock on Asda’s website, but if you can’t find your size then head to New Look where you can pick up Linen Blend Shorts for £18 and a matching Linen Blend Long Sleeve Blazer for £28.79.

Cat isn’t the only fan of the George Studio coord – plenty of reviewers on the Asda website are taking to the comment section to share their surprise at the high quality and nice fit of the pieces.

“Great fit and style would them again,” one reviewer pens about the shorts.

A second adds: “Fabulous great feeling fabric stylish cut and very flattering bought matching trousers too.”

A third says of the blazer: “I have bought into the oversized blazer trend and own several from different brands at all different price points and this one is just as beautiful as the more expensive one that I own. It is FULLY lined with built-in shoulder pads and a longer silhouette that give it the best flattering fit. No buttons hanging off or cheaply done stitching.”

This is the second time within a week that Cat has wowed us with a stylish This Morning look. The mum-of-two wore a Cream Floral Ruched Midi Dress from Mint Velvet, a brand known for their easy shapes, beautiful prints and flattering fits, a few days ago. The dress features a pretty rose print against a cream backdrop and ruffle detailing down the front, which disguises the tummy area before flowing into a midi length skirt.
