Waitrose has announced significant changes to some of its most popular Christmas food offerings this year, aiming to bring shoppers even better value and more festive variety.
Christmas is a costly time of year, and with the cost of living continuing to rise, many Christmas enthusiasts are becoming increasingly concerned about their food shopping bill. However, there’s no need to fret about missing out on your favourite festive treats, as supermarkets are pulling out all the stops to offer great deals to ensure everyone can indulge in a magical feast.
Waitrose, the popular retailer, is among the supermarket behemoths making significant changes to some of its most-loved Christmas foods this year. Many of these updates are centred around better pricing and introducing new options.
However, shoppers should be aware of a caveat.
Multibuy offers
The retailer is currently advertising multibuy deals on Christmas food, including a mix and match three for two offer on Christmas party food, valid until 1 January 2026. This includes mouth-watering dishes such as mini beef Yorkshire puddings, pigs in blankets, prawn tempura and duck spring rolls.
Additional multibuy deals include two for £4 on frozen Christmas vegetables until 28 December. There’s also a budget-friendly four for three offer on frozen Christmas party food, such as onion rings, prawn toast, halloumi fries, mac and cheese bites, and hot honey chicken bites, valid until 1 January 2026.
Reductions
Bargain hunters can save a third on selected Waitrose Christmas food. These discounts include the Waitrose Christmas Classic Panettone, slashed from £12.00 to £8.00; the Waitrose Christmas Stollen, marked down from £7.00 to £4.66; and the No.1 12-Month Matured Christmas Pudding, cut from £7.50 to £5.00.
However, there’s a crucial caveat: anyone hoping to bag these deals will need to hotfoot it to Waitrose within the next two days, as the promotion is set to end on December 2.
A range of festive tipples is also up for grabs. From November 26 to December 2, Waitrose is running a wine promotion offering 25% off when six bottles or more of wine or champagne are bought, applicable to bottles priced from £6 to £100.
Other drink deals include Bucks Fizz for £3.50 a bottle or two for £6. Charles Lecouvey Champagne Brut NV has been reduced from £30 to £20 (until November 25).
San Leo Prosecco Magnum is down from £22 to £15 (until 25 November). Codorniu 1872 Organic Rosé Brut has been reduced from £11 to £8 (until November 25), and Baileys Terry’s Chocolate Orange is also on offer at an introductory price of £12.50 (until January 1, 2026).

A spokesperson announced: “SPAR’s BIG Deals of Christmas are back! It’s time to get into the festive spirit and take advantage of incredible offers right on your doorstep from your local SPAR.”
