A man has been taken to hospital following a shooting outside Wembley Stadium this morning (Sunday, September 21). He was found on Atlantic Crescent at around 5.30am, prompting a large emergency response.
He was later taken to a major trauma centre in an unknown condition. The severity of his injuries has not yet been confirmed.
Photos taken earlier today show a cordon outside the Access Self Storage and entrance to Wembley Park. Police remain at the scene, with the adjacent South Way road blocked off while enquiries are carried out.
Transport for London (TfL) has put bus routes 440 on diversion as a result.
