Wetherspoon is slashing the pint of Ruddles or Worthington’s to just £1.49, with pints of Strongbow cut to £2.25, Budweiser to £2.69 and Guinness to £2.99
Wetherspoon is bringing back its Monday Club which gives punters cheaper pints at the start of every week.
The pub chain is slashing the pint of Ruddles or Worthington’s to just £1.49, with pints of Strongbow cut to £2.25, Budweiser to £2.69 and Guinness to £2.99. Wetherspoon, which has more than 800 pubs, will also offer a range of spirits, including Gordon’s pink gin and a mixer for £1.99. Two cocktail pitchers will be available for £13.25 and a range of soft drinks are just £1.65.
The Monday Club deal is available every week once again, as first reported by The Sun, apart from on bank holidays. It comes after Wetherspoon axed the offer in the run up to Christmas. You can see some of the drinks included below, but it is important to keep in mind that prices do vary across the country. Wetherspoon also runs different offers on other days of the week.
For example, there is the Curry Club every Thursday. Wetherspoon told The Mirror the most popular price for a curry meal and soft drink is £8.49, or £10.02 with an alcoholic drink. Then on Tuesdays, the pub chain runs its Steak Club, where a steak meal and soft drink is £9.67 on average, or with an alcoholic drink the price is £11.20.
