A man whose girlfriend carries on a series of online “relationships” with paying customers says he wasn’t at all sure about her line of work at first, but has come to terms with it after going on a series of expensive holidays
A couple who make a fortune thanks to the pictures the boyfriend takes of his girlfriend have the perfect response to trolls questioning their relationship.
Sharna Beckman had been working as a dental nurse, earning the equivalent of about £21,00 a year, before turning to a racy online platform. And, thanks to the photos her boyfriend Ricky takes, she rakes in a lot more than that. “We make six digits a month,” she told the Love Don’t Judge podcast. “The most that we have made in one month is $220,000 [about £112,420].”
Sharna offers a “girlfriend experience” online, charging over £5,000 for a 10-minute phone call, but Ricky says he sometimes has to stop her spending too long on the phone. He said: “If I feel like she’s spending too much time on the phone I’ll let it be known,” he said, adding that cutting her phone calls short makes him feel “a bit more secure.”
Some of Ricky’s friends have questioned his relationship with Sharna, and “called her nasty names”. But he is completely happy. Sharna adds that those friends of Ricky’s “don’t know her as a person”.
The couple’s parents have expressed their approval of Sharna’s career, mainly for the incredible travel opportunities it brings. They have visited far-flung destinations such as France, Greece and Thailand on the back of Sharna’s earnings.
And it’s these luxury holidays that Sharna and Ricky use to hit back at online criticism from people who “feel sorry for my partner that I’m exposing myself to these men”.
Ricky explains that Sharna was involved in creating online content before they got together, and that he had one or two problems with it at first: “Once we made it official and got together we …had a conversation about it.”
He added: “I was pretty unsure about it and we ended up having a little bit of a fight about it. We sat down and talked it out and she gave me a bit of reassurance and I became a bit more comfortable with it.”
And now he’s fully on board, taking photos for Sharna’s OnlyFans page and advising her on which items of lingerie would create the sexiest photos.
