Ever wondered how good your vision is? Are you able to spot a target at long range even amongst camouflage? Try out these truly tricky brainteasers to see just how good your sight is
Keeping your brain active is known to help improve cognitive performance, enhance memory, and help with focus and attention. Some even believe that regular brain workouts can delay the symptoms of dementia.
Many people use brainteasers and puzzles as a way to keep their minds active and it is thought trying to solve them at speed can add even more benefits. Plus, brain teasers are great fun as well as making your mind sharper and your memory and cognitive abilities stronger.
This particular puzzle is proving to be a huge challenge, even for the most sharp-sighted. Below you’ll find a picture of a sea of stones and pebbles and shells with a silver ring somewhere to be found. Think you can do it? Ready, steady, go!
The image was shared on Reddit and left many people stumped as they struggled to find the piece of jewellery. Giving a hint, the owner of the snap explained that it was a silver band of stars.
Of course, there was the odd person who managed to spot it – but it seems only the most sharp-sighted can. So set a timer to see how long it takes you to spot the ring – but here’s your warning – it’s pretty tough.
Found it? Clever you! If not, one user shared easy instructions on how to find the ring. They wrote: “Good one! Draw a diagonal line between the lower left and the upper right corners. Then a vertical line from the large-ish white shell on the bottom border left of the center line. The ring is where the lines intersect.”
Thankful for the clue one user replied: “Thank you! I would’ve been here all day lol,” while another joked: “Excellent guide. If I’m ever simply walking into Mordor you’re my guy for ring-based directions.”
So if you enjoyed that one, why not try this next optical illusion that will really test your brain skills. Similar to the one you’ve just done, this one again asks you to spot the odd word out. You’re asked to spot the word USA within a sea of U5A – claiming only seven out of 10 players will be able to find it, however, in true puzzle form you only have 30 seconds to spot it.
