With Christmas fast approaching, shoppers across the country will be searching for the perfect gift for him or her, and this could include a new pair of trainers, shoes or boots. Currently, there are savings to be had with a Black Friday sale at HEYDUDE.

Moving on with a striking faux fur design, the Camden Cuff Classic Cozy boots are currently priced at £40, down from £79.99, saving 50%. With a plush faux fur shearling, and water repellent upper, these offer cold weather comfort alongside pull tabs on the heel and a slip-on design.

The removable foam insole and flexible outsole make these similarly suited for travelling, as they can be packed into a bag or suitcase. The synthetic suede upper and heel add a touch of traditional style to these contemporary boots.
Finally, finishing off with the Wendy Funk Mono, currently priced at £30, down from £59.99, saving 50%. They’re available in a huge range of colours, from caramel or rose sand to electric pink and fiery coral, in sizes three to 10 – although some colourways and sizes are currently out of stock.
With a stretchy textile upper, these feature elastic laces and an ‘easy-on system’, the brand says. These are said to ‘hug in all the right spots’ and, with the removable foam insole and lightweight flexible outsole, they are travel ready.
Alternatively, buyers could check out Next’s Adidas Originals White Gazelle Trainers, currently priced at £85. With various other colourways available, from burgundy red to gold or green, these come in sizes 3.5 to 12. The site says ‘this pair honours the favourite version of 1991, with the same materials, colours and slightly wider proportions’.
Buyers could also look at Debenhams’ Where’s That From ‘Mireya’ Suede Low Top Trainer With Mesh Panel And Faux Fur Lining, currently priced at £21.07, down from £59.99, saving 65%. Available in black, camel, brown or grey, in sizes three to eight, these feature a flatform design with suede uppers, breathable mesh and a luxurious faux fur lining.
Back to HEYDUDE, shoppers of the Sirocco Sport Stripe Women loved the aesthetic and comfort. One shopper said: “These are such a comfortable alternative to trainers. They look much more chic but have all the comfort of the best trainers. I walked all over on holiday with this! I came home and bought another pair in the aqua colour. The elastic laces made slipping on and off a breeze!”
Another added: “These shoes are really comfortable and can be worn with or without socks. I am taking these on holiday. I get compliments from people every time I wear them.”
Other shoppers left feedback. Speaking about the Sirocco Sport Stripes, they said: “Working in early years I’m on my feet all day chasing pre-schoolers, these trainers are so comfortable and the slip-in design means I’m not forever trying my own laces as well as the kids! Not 100% convinced on the “hey dude” branding, but when they’re on it’s not noticeable.”
Another loved the shoes but had doubts about their durability. Speaking about the Wendy Funk Mono, they said: “This is one of the most comfortable (pairs of) shoes I’ve ever worn. I’m a teacher so therefore on my feet all day, these shoes look smart and are exceptionally comfortable. I just hope they last.”
Another shopper, speaking about the Wendy Funk Mono trainers, added: “Super comfortable, easy to keep clean. Look great and fit perfectly.”
