The NCA urges anyone who sees these people not to approach them and instead call 999
These are the faces of the four Londoners the National Crime Agency (NCA) want to throw the cuffs on. The men are wanted for crimes including drug offences and financial crimes.
They are not your regular criminals, as to be wanted by the NCA you have to be suspected of a very serious offence. Do not approach any of them if spotted, instead dial 999 immediately.
The agency said: “We pursue wanted fugitives all around the world, but we need your help to bring them to justice. If you have any information about a wanted fugitive please report it to your local police or to Crimestoppers.” Below you can find exactly who the wanted men are, what they look like, and what they’re accused of.
Christakis Philippou
Between 2004 and 2006, Philippou and co-defendants set-up bogus travel agencies which were used to commit fraud. It is alleged these agencies offered extremely cheap holidays which legitimate travel firms could not compete with.
Each agency is claimed to have stopped running, leaving punters empty handed. The scam is thought to have defrauded around 20,000 people.
Philippou, who also uses the alias Christakis Chrysostomou, is between 165cm and 170cm tall, with dark grey, receding hair, and a Meditarranean ethnic appearance.
John Barton
Barton was hit 20 years behind bars back in 2003 after being convicted in his absence for conspiring to import a huge amount of heroin into the UK between 1999 and 2000. It is thought he is linked to Fuengirola in Spain.
The old boy is between 170cm and 175cm tall, white, and is thought to possibly have dyed his hair.
Jack Mayle
Jack Mayle is suspected of selling MDMA, methylphenidate (a pharmaceutical drug) and diazepam, and fled after being charged. He allegedly ran a drug line in South London and Surrey called the Flavour Quest, and it’s claimed he worked with a dark web drug dealer where they bought and sold drugs between each other to be sold to customers. They also flogged LSD and various pharmaceutical drugs.
Mayle is 5ft 11inches tall, with a muscular build and a disintice tattoo of a diamond beneath his left eye. He also has ‘ Croydon ’ tattooed on the outside of his left forearm.
His left hand has a tattoo reading ‘Money never sleeps’, ’12-20’ and a small heart. His right hand has an eye design tattoo with hands around it and word ‘Littles’.
On both hands he has tattoos on his fingers reading ‘trap star’. His neck is tattooed with warriors and religious figures on horses.
He has a full back tattoo, but may have tried to change his appearance. He is vegan, known to carry weapons, and goes to the gym.
Ersin Mustafa
Between 2006 to 2008, Mustafa is claimed to have been involved in insider dealing with seven others. It happened while he worked at the London branch of JP Morgan Cazenove, and it is thought he got his hands on information about future acquisitions and mergers, which was shared with others who traded on this basis and profited.
Over two years the syndicate is thought to have illicitly earnt £2.5 million. In July 2008 Mustafa was arrested by the City of London Police and then released on bail, but is thought to have fled the UK in December the next year.
Mustafa is stocky, between 165cm and 170cm tall, with dark hair and a Mediterranean appearance.
