The darts world champion failed his theory exam six times before eventually passing the practical test with no faults
Darts prodigy Luke Littler has shared huge personal news just to remind everyone how young he still is. The 18-year-old might have won the World Darts Championship and Premier League of Darts months ago, but he has only just passed his driving test.
Littler shared news of his success this morning on X this morning (Monday, November 3) as he posted a photo with his certificate. “Get innnn,” the caption reads: “First time and zero minors.”
The lack of any errors appears to show his introduction to driving has been as routine as his introduction to professional darts, but it hasn’t always been this easy. The Warrington teenager failed his theory exam six times before eventually being able to fly through his practical test.
Earlier this year Littler shared plans to splash his mega prize money on a £30,000 Mercedes A-Class. Shortly before taking his test, Littler missed out on the Players Championship event last Wednesday due to being stuck in a traffic jam.
The world champion had to withdraw after missing the 11am registration for players at the event in Wigan. It later emerged someone had died in an incident on the M6.
Littler posted on Instagram: “Missed registration today for the pro tour, but someone sadly lost their life. Thinking of everyone.”
