Local residents and family friends have delivered floral tributes and notes near to the scene

Tributes have been pouring in for a mum and her two daughters who died yesterday evening (Tuesday, July 9) after being ‘murdered’ with a crossbow in their home. Carol Hunt, Hannah Hunt and Louise Hunt, aged 61, 28 and 25 respectively, were pronounced dead at the scene in Ashlyn Close, Bushey and are believed to be the victims of a ‘targeted’ attack.

The three women are reportedly the wife and two daughters of BBC Five Live racing commentator John Hunt. Police found and caught suspect Kyle Clifford injured in a North London cemetery.

After the tragedy, many users took to social media to pay homage to the trio. On Louise’s dog grooming business Facebook page, a customer wrote: “No words can describe the loss I feel after today’s horrific news.

But locals have also been leaving floral tributes and notes near to the scene. One of the notes reads: “I wish none of this was real.

“I wish I could hug you all, tell you how much you meant to me. I wish you could hug each other, love you forever.”
