The London Underground, Overground and Docklands Light Railway have been hit with delays and part closures this afternoon. The Bakerloo Line has been hit by severe delays, while the District Line has been suspended between Earl’s Court and Kensington Olympia due to train cancellations.
Part closures have also hit the London Overground between Highbury & Islington and New Cross, Docklands Light Railway between Bank and Canary Wharf, as well as between Stratford and Canary Wharf. The Jubilee and Metropolitan lines have also had part closures, while a planned closure is in place on the Waterloo and City Line this weekend.
The full list of affected trains is as follows:
London Underground
- Bakerloo Line – Severe delays between Queen’s Park and Harrow & Wealdstone. Tickets valid on local buses, minor delays to rest of line
- District Line – No service between Earl’s Court and Kensington Olympia due to train cancellations. Good service on rest of line
- Jubilee Line – Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 July (including Friday and Saturday Night Tube), no service between West Hampstead and Stanmore. Replacement buses operate during the daytime
- Metropolitan Line – Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 July, no service between Aldgate and Harrow-on-the-Hill and no stopping service between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Northwood. Trains operate between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge, and between Northwood and Amersham / Chesham (via Watford)
- Waterloo & City – Planned closure on Saturdays, Sundays and on public/bank holidays
London Overground
Part closure:
- Saturday 13 from 1am, (including Night Overground) and all day Sunday, July 14, no service between Highbury & Islington and New Cross / Clapham Junction / New Cross Gate. Use alternative London Overground trains between Highbury & Islington, Canonbury and Dalston Kingsland. Replacement buses operate. Replacement buses operate during the daytime only.
Docklands Light Railway
Part closure:
- Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 July, no service between Bank / Tower Gateway and Canary Wharf / Canning Town, or between Stratford and Canary Wharf. Replacement bus DLR1 operates between Tower Gateway and Canning Town via Shadwell (Watney Market), Limehouse, Westferry, Canary Wharf (for West India Quay), Blackwall (for Poplar), All Saints and East India.
