A man is fighting for his life after a knife attack in a posh West London neighbourhood. The man was stabbed in Fulham and found injured on Clancarty Road, near Wandsworth Bridge Road, at around 3.30pm on Sunday, March 24.
Police and paramedics raced to the scene and took the man to hospital, where he is in a critical condition. A crime scene is in place and detectives are trying to work out what happened. So far, police say there have been no arrests, and the knifeman remains at large.
The average house price on Clancarty Road is over £2.2million, according to Rightmove data.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “An investigation is under way following a stabbing in Fulham. Police were called at approximately 15:35hrs on Sunday, 24 March to reports of a man suffering stab injuries in Clancarty Road, SW6. Officers and paramedics responded and the man was taken to hospital for treatment. He remains in a life-threatening condition.
“A crime scene remains in place. There have been no arrests. Enquiries into the circumstances continue.
