A man is in hospital with facial injuries following a ‘large fight’ in South London. Cops raced to Wheatfield Way, Kingston, just after 2am this morning (Sunday, June 22) following a report of a brawl.
There they found the victim, a 35-year-old man who was raced to A&E. MyLondon awaits a condition update.
Kingston Hall Road is closed westbound, reports traffic website Inrix. The following London buses are on diversion: 85, 371, K1, and K4.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “Police were called to Wheatfield Way, Kingston at 2.01am on Sunday, June 22, to a report of a large fight. Officers and paramedics attended the location.
“A 35-year-old man was found with facial injuries and was taken to hospital. We await an update on his condition.
“No arrests have been made and enquiries continue into the circumstances. Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101, providing the reference CAD774/22JUN.
