Woman, 69, fights for life after being hit by car in early morning crash

A woman was rushed to hospital this morning (Saturday, June 21) after being hit by a car.

The 69-year-old was hit just after 6am on Eastcote Lane in Harrow, with police arriving shortly after and paramedics getting her to hospital.

She’s still there under the close eye of doctors, in a critical condition.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene, and police say they’ve been helping with enquiries however they can. There’ve been no arrests.

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit are looking into it and are appealing to the public for any info. If you witnessed it or your car got dashcam footage, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
