The transfer window is well underway, and with Arsenal having all but wrapped up two summer transfers in the form of Martin Zubimendi and Kepa Arrizabalaga you would think the impression would be the club are moving quickly for deals. However, having returned from a small personal break, the feeling I am seeing is very much the opposite.
