Ninja has launched a bundle perfect for the heatwave. They’ve combined their Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker and Ninja SLUSHi Frozen Drink Maker in a bundle that’s currently £419.98, saving £130 on the usual price.
The bundle is a Ninja exclusive. You can get the ice cream maker for £156 on Amazon and £169.99 at Currys, and the slushie maker for £349.99 at Currys and Tesco.
The Frozen Treats bundle is designed to ‘conquer the heat’. The ice cream maker has seven programs for making ice cream, gelato, sorbet, smoothie bowls, light ice cream, milkshakes, and adding mix-ins.

Meanwhile, the slushie maker has five presets for slush, frozen cocktails, frappes, milkshakes, and frozen juice. It makes slush in half an hour, and can keep drinks frozen for up to 12 hours.
The Magimix Gelato Expert, which is £448.79 on Amazon, combines some of the functions of the two Ninja machines. It can make gelato and ice cream as well as granita.
On the cheaper side, the Lakeland Digital Ice Cream Maker is only £39.99 and while it lacks the Ninja’s fancy features, it does have solid reviews. At Robert Dyas, the Slush Puppie 9047 Slushie Machine is £34.99, and it mixes shaved ice with syrup to make slushies.

The Ninja bundle has an impressive 4.6 stars from 1,202 reviews of the two appliances. On the ice cream machine, one person said: “I recently purchased a Ninja Creami for my partner’s birthday and we are both so impressed with it. It’s very easy to set up, doesn’t take up too much space in the kitchen and comes with three tubs out of the box to use!
“Everything we have made so far has been really delicious and easy to make. The Creami also comes with a small recipe book to get you inspired straight away! I would only draw caution to the noise aspect of the machine but programmes are quick and it’s not so different from most appliances, this is a minimal highlight and overall I highly recommend this product!”
Another person wrote “Absolutely brilliant machine. Love my ice cream and milkshakes. This does them superbly. Love Ninja the Products what I have and can totally recommend this ice cream maker.
A few people complained about faulty appliances, with one writing “I don’t recommend this product at all, used it once ever and never worked again. Waste of money so disappointing as I have heard great things about it but sadly it is not what it seems.”

There were similar rave reviews left on the Ninja Slushi, with one person writing “Love my Ninja Slushi. I use it almost every day, it’s amazing for parties and a real crowd pleaser. Everything I’ve made so far has turned out great.
“I’d give five stars however there’s some design flaws such as the vessels lip which traps drink under the lip that is near impossible to clean. The silver on the handle also peels off which I’m very sad about. Other than that, one of the best kitchen gadgets I’ve bought!”
Another wrote: “Nice slimline machine, have made slushies, cocktails, frappe and milkshake all come out fab. Machine easy to clean.” Some people disagreed the machine was easy to clean, with one person writing “Very disappointed! First time I used it I made a mango slush! Stained straight away! Can’t get the colour out! Not worth the money looks unsightly to leave out!”
But another added: “It actually does what it says and you can make low calorie and sugar free slushie in minutes. The slushie maker is so easy to clean and really quick I have not made anything alcoholic yet but it’s only a matter of time will be a brill addition for family get togethers but even better I can use it just for me!”
