Police are hunting for a man who masturbated at a 15-year-old girl on the Elizabeth line last month. The teenager sat opposite the creep after boarding at Tottenham Court Road just after 1pm on June 27.
He then exposed and pleasured himself in front of her 20 minutes into the journey, continuing on until the train arrived at Slough. It is thought he caught a second train towards Windsor and Eton after alighting.
The British Transport Police (BTP) has now released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection. The CCTV footage shows a white man wearing dark shorts, a blue t-shirt, cream baseball hat and white trainers.
He is also wearing a black backpack and carrying a dark-coloured duffel bag in his hand. Detectives believe he may have information that is vital to their investigation.
A BTP statement reads: “Do you recognise this man? Officers investigating an incident during which a man masturbated on board an Elizabeth Line train in June have released an image.
“At around 1.10pm on Friday 27 June, a 15-year-old girl boarded at Tottenham Court Road when she sat opposite a man. About 20 minutes into the journey he proceeded to expose himself and masturbate in front of her until the train arrived at Slough.”
