Hello and welcome to football.london for live coverage of Chelsea’s FIFA Club World Cup final showdown with Paris Saint-Germain at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
The Blues are looking to wrap their season up in style and clinch their second trophy of the campaign. Less than two months ago, Reece James got his hands on the Conference League trophy in Wroclaw and how the Chelsea captain would love something similar to happen later this evening in New Jersey.
In their way, though, are PSG – about the toughest challenge a team can face in world football at the moment. While Chelsea are confident in their own abilities, the players will know they will have to be at 100% throughout the 90 minutes – and possibly more – if they are to become world champions in the United States.
Kick-off at the MetLife Stadium is at 3pm local time/8pm UK time. You can follow everything that is happening in New Jersey right here, with Bobby Vincent in attendance to see if Enzo Maresca can win his second major honour as Chelsea head coach.
