Ange Postecoglou is holding his press conference on Friday afternoon ahead of Tottenham’s match against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Sunday.
Spurs picked up a point in midweek at West Ham while Aston Villa lost 4-1 at Manchester City the following day. That puts Postecoglou’s men back in the driving seat somewhat for fourth place with their destiny in their own hands as they sit two points behind Unai Emery’s side with a game in hand.
Tottenham need to keep picking up points though and they can match last season’s total of 60 with a month or so remaining of the season if they can overcome Forest this weekend. The match marks the return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium of Nuno Espirito Santo following his short spell in charge of Spurs back in 2021 and he will be looking to make a point or three as he comes back to north London.
Postecoglou will also deliver an update on the latest injury news at the club, including any fresh injuries from the derby clash at the London Stadium on Tuesday night. He could also be asked about the lack of minutes for players such as Giovani Lo Celso.
