Mikel Arteta is set to face the press after Arsenal’s Premier League clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux.
The Gunners got off to a strong start in the game, registering a few early efforts on goal, with the best chance falling to Leandro Trossard only for the Belgian to miss his kick.
Wolves though began to then grow into the game and were unlucky to hit the post when Joao Gomes’ fierce near post drive forced a fine save from David Raya.
The game appeared to be following a familiar pattern for Arsenal who have faded away in the past two matches after decent starts. Right on the stroke of half time though Trossard’s scuffed effort from the edge of the box went beyond the reach of Jose Sa.
Arsenal continued to dominate without really creating many chances though and Raya was called into action again when Mario Lemina shot from a close angle.
Eventually though, the Gunners secured the three points when Martin Odegaard’s smart near post finish put the game beyond Wolves to send Arsenal back top of the league with five games to play.
