Gyokeres fee breakdown
Arsenal are now firmly closing in on the transfer of Sporting striker Viktor Gyokeres, with a deal now agreed between both clubs and the player set to undergo a medical on Saturday.
In a report from Portuguese outlet A Bola, a breakdown in the payment terms has been revealed.
€63.5 million is reportedly the fixed fee, with a potential €10 million in add-ons.
The article claims that, for every 20 games in which the forward plays at least 45 minutes, they will be entitled to €1.25 million, which is up to a limit of 5 million.
For every 20 goal involvements (goals or assists) Sporting are guaranteed €500,000, up to a limit of €1 million.
Then, every time Arsenal qualify for the group stage of the Champions League, the Portuguese club will receive €1 million, up to a limit of €4 million.
