Arsenal face Brentford at the Emirates Stadium with a chance to return to winning form following the draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. After Manchester City closed the gap to two points following the enthralling 5-4 victory at Fulham, the pressure is somewhat on the Gunners to win.

That said, there is also some expectation on rotating the team with less than 72 hours until the trip to Aston Villa. Mikel Arteta has welcomed back Viktor Gyokeres and Gabriel Jesus to the group at the weekend, who join the recently returned Martin Odegaard, Noni Madueke and Gabriel Jesus.

Brentford, meanwhile, have a poor away record, winning only one match away from West London all season, at West Ham. However, they have managed to secure two draws from the last three trips to the Gunners’ home ground.
