Hello and welcome to football.london’s live blog covering Arsenal’s massive Champions League match with Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena.

Arsenal have a chance to make history and knock their long-term European rivals out of the competition and reach the semi-finals. Mikel Arteta has called on his side to respond to the weekend’s defeat to Aston Villa whilst Thomas Tuchel has said his side’s experience in the competition gives them the advantage.

Arteta has a near-fully fit squad available to him with only Jurrien Timber not with the team – Martin Odegaard was indeed in the squad that arrived in Germany. Bayern meanwhile have some problems with Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman out injured and Alphonso Davies suspended.

With the scores level at 2-2, the tie is balanced on a knife-edge and should it follow the trend of the other quarter-final second legs, we can expect goals. Tom Canton and Kaya Kaynak bring all the build-up, match coverage and reaction from the Allianz Arena. Updates to follow.
