With Amazon’s Spring Deal Days extravaganza just hours away, beauty buffs will be gearing up to scour the website to get their hands on the best skincare, make-up and hair reductions – here are our predictions of the best deals to expect

We’re just hours away from Amazon’s Spring sale, meaning an abundance of beauty brands will have their prices slashed giving us ample opportunity to stock up on our favourite products from retinol night cream to lash-lengthening mascara. While we’re not clued up on what exactly is going to be included in this flash sale that’ll rival the likes of Amazon’s Black Friday event, we’ve taken a look at what was reduced in last year’s spring deals to give us an indication of what we can expect, which has got us pretty excited.

The Spring Deal Days sale is set to kick off on Wednesday, March 20 and will last until the 25th, meaning you have five days to snap up some epic deals from the retail giant – and names we’re expecting to see reductions from (if the last few years are anything to go by) include Shark, Maybelline, GHD, Remington, Calvin Klein, Philips, Braun, Revlon, Rimmel, Elemis, Elizabeth Arden, and so much more. If the prospect of this massive sale is a little overwhelming, we’ve made a guide with five tips to help you make the most of it and find the best Amazon deals – find those out here.

In the meantime, to give you an insight into the sort of deals you can expect to see this Spring Deals Day (or Days), in preparation for the big event, here are our predictions of just some of the brands and products that’ll be reduced.

Beauty predictions for Amazon’s Spring Deals Day sale

With one of the retail giant’s best-selling acne patches, Dots for Spots, already being reduced from ¬£6.99 to ¬£5.94, if it’s to be a similar story to last year’s sale, these hydrocolloid coverings will be reduced even further when the Spring Deals begin to ¬£4.99. And with this in mind, the likes of Hero Mighty Patches and Glacia, whose products are similar, may well follow suit.

Last year, we saw a reduction in this gorgeous Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm by Elemis, which usually costs ¬£48, by ¬£8 making it ¬£38.64 (it cost ¬£46 last year), so we’re hoping for one or two reductions from this gorgeous skincare brand – which is beloved by the likes of Molly-Mae Hague.

With it already seeing a slight reduction ahead of Amazon’s sale – now ¬£10 from ¬£14.99 – we may be seeing an even further discount on the ‘ultimate’ Tangle Teezer, which wrangles with your knots effortlessly and leaves your tresses smooth and shiny in no time – and in no pain thanks to its unique soft-flex teeth design and slightly rounded brush.

With hair brand Revlon seeing prices drop in last year’s sale, we’re expecting a similar situation in 2024 – as well as several competitive brands also shaving a few pounds off their products. For example, Revlon’s best-selling one-step hair dryer and volumiser for mid-long hair is already reduced from ¬£62.99 to ¬£37 so we might see further reductions on this starting tomorrow. In a similar situation, GHD’s Platinum+ Styler – Professional Smart Hair Straighteners has 17% off currently, making it ¬£189 from ¬£220,

If you’re looking to stock up on skincare essentials this Amazon day, last year we saw Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant for Face & Body Nourishing Balm drop from ¬£28 to ¬£13.49. It’s currently on sale for ¬£17 so we’re predicting it to drop even further when this deals days begin.

We constantly see Maybelline’s Sky High Mascara knocking its price down in the Amazon sales and we’re expecting this spring event to be no different. In July’s prime event it was slashed to ¬£8 and, while it’s already on sale for ¬£9.21 (at the time of writing), if past events are anything to go by the best-selling volumising and lengthening mascara will no doubt be discounted even further over the next few days.

Everyone needs a beauty blender in their life so it was a no-brainer for Amazon last year to drop the price of its Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge (Pack of 4) to ¬£11.99 from ¬£19.99 – we’re hoping to see these make-up bag staples back in the sale this week so we can stock up! And with that in mind, we’re hoping this StylePro squeeze make-up sponge cleaner, usually retailing at ¬£30, will be included in the price reductions so we can keep those beauty blenders spic and span.

With spring very much on the horizon, and the prospect of UV rays getting stronger and stronger, it’s likely we’ll be after a good day cream that has a high SPF, so we expect Amazon will lower the price of some of its best-selling day creams that include protection from the sun, such as this Nivea Q10 Anti-Wrinkle Power Protecting Day Cream with SPF 30 or this E45 SPF Face Moisturiser.

Whether you’re looking for setting powder, hair tools, body lotions or anti-ageing creams, we’re predicting the Amazon Spring Deals Days will be a feast for beauty buffs looking to stock up on their favourite products. If you do not want to shop on Amazon you can always pick up beauty buys on
