Struggling to keep on top of your water intake? Hydro Flask is a bestselling water bottle brand that has just launched in John Lewis and promises to increase your hydration levels

It’s no secret that staying hydrated is key to feeling refreshed and healthy but keeping on top of water consumption throughout the day isn’t always easy. With busy working days and jam-packed weekends, reusable tumblers that hold a large amount of liquid in turn encouraging the user to drink more water are booming in popularity.

One brand that has been spotted in the hands of celebrities such as Lucy Hale, and Mandy Moore and was even used in the Barbie movie is Hydro Flask. The bestselling travel tumbler was only available to buy in America but has now been launched overseas and can be bought at John Lewis.

The stylish water bottle comes in a pretty pink hue which is perfect for matching with spring and summer outfits, and as the exterior is powder-coated, the colour won’t fade after washing. It features a TempShield® double-wall vacuum insulation that the brand claims keeps your drink at the right temperature for hours, as well as being able to hold 32oz of liquid.

Shoppers have compared the Hydro Flask to the viral Stanley Quencher cup saying it is the “best tumbler I have bought so far”, with the Hydro Flask costing £39.95 and the Stanley retailing for £44.99. However, the Stanley Quencher holds 1.2L of liquid and is available in a few more colours.

Another reviewer on the Hydro Flask website said: “I really like the flexible straw. Easy to handle and fits my cup holder in my car pretty well.”

Someone else penned: “This beautiful 32oz tumbler is everything I hoped it to be! I’ve seen other tumblers around, and held off getting one until Hydro Flask came out with their own. I own plenty of their water bottles, but this tumbler is perfect for my ice water sipping needs. My ice water stays cold for 24 hours and ice cubes last for 16-20 hours.”

It’s been praised for being “perfect for breastfeeding”, with one user saying: “Get this for the new mum in your life. Makes it super easy for her to stay hydrated.

“The easy cleaning and soft straw are game changers.” Not everyone was entirely happy though, as someone said, “the lid seems to pop off more than necessary.”

Stanley has launched The IceFlow Fast Flow Water Bottle for £39.99, or you can find cheaper alternatives to Hydro Flask and Stanley on Amazon. This cup is £11.98 and one person commented, “love this cup it’s a brilliant size, it’s so big it reminds me to drink water throughout the day because its very eye catching. Colour exactly like the picture and keeps water cold all day.”
