Chelsea have just beaten Fulham by two goals to nil at Stamford Bridge. Goals either side of half-time from Joao Pedro and Enzo Fernandez handed the Blues three points in SW6 – and has moved them to the top of the Premier League table. For now, anyway.
There were two controversial VAR incidents that both managers will be asked about. Fulham had a goal disallowed – when the score was 0-0 – because of a foul from Rodrigo Muniz on Trevoh Chalobah. In the second-half, Chalobah had a shot blocked by Ryan Sessegnon’s arm and referee Rob Jones went over to the pitch-side monitor and gave the home side a penalty.
