Very has dropped prices on a range of Sony PlayStation 5 bundles, including Grand Theft Auto 5, while Amazon is offering a whopping £90 discount on a PS5 Slim console
Gamers can pick up a PlayStation 5 Slim console with a ‘free’ copy of Grand Theft Auto V thanks to a new deal from Very. The retailer has kicked off its Easter sale by offering up to 40 per cent off tons of top items, including some brilliant bargains in the tech category.
Until April 4, shoppers can bag huge discounts on a range of PS5 Slim console and game bundles including hugely popular titles like GTA 5. Very has already knocked £70 off the PS5 Slim console now reduced to £409.
But thanks to a new Easter deal, shoppers can get the console bundled with Grand Theft Auto V for the same price – the equivalent of getting the game absolutely free. This means shoppers can save almost £90 compared to buying the console and game – usually £16.99 – separately.

Very has also dropped prices on some hit PS5 games, including EA Sports FC 24 for £21.99, Hogwarts Legacy for £29.99 and The Last of Us Part II Remastered for £37.99. Over at Amazon, despite the retailer’s Spring Deal Days sale now over and done with, gamers can still get the PS5 Slim for £389 in a deal for Amazon Prime members – including those signing up for a 30-day Amazon Prime free trial.
Amazon has also dropped prices on a range of PS5 games, including EA Sports FC 24 for £19.99 and Battlefield 2042 for just £5.99. Other top discounts include Star Wars Jedi: Survivor for £24.99, Dead Space for £25.99 and Assassin’s Creed Mirage for £27.99.
There’s also price reductions on a range of PS5 accessories, including £20 off the PULSE 3D Wireless Headset, now £69.99 and available in white, black and camouflage, while the new PULSE Elite wireless headset is available for £129. Elsewhere, there’s £19 off a 2TB Portable External Hard Drive, now £74.99.
Sony launched the ‘Slim’ model of its latest console in November, three years since the release of its larger sibling. As the name suggests, the Slim is a more compact version of the standard PS5, coming in 24 per cent lighter and 30 per cent smaller.
It also boasts 1TB of storage compared to the previous model’s 825GB and a second USB-C port, along with 4K graphics and HDR technology. It also comes with Sony’s DualSense wireless controller that offers haptic feedback and adaptive trigger functionality.
Alternatively, there are some equally great deals at GAME, like the PS5 Slim, Hogwarts Legacy, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and Barbie Blu-Ray bundle for £449.99. Currys customers can get the PS5 Slim, Wreckfest and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga bundle for £429.
