Chelsea will look to build on Thursday night’s dramatic 4-3 Premier League win over Manchester United when they take on Sheffield United on Sunday.
Cole Palmer’s dramatic injury-time double handed Mauricio Pochettino’s men all three points in a Premier League classic at Stamford Bridge yesterday. The Blues were 3-2 down after 98 minutes before Palmer converted from the spot and saw a curling effort deflect past Andre Onana.
Focus now turns to Sunday with a trip to relegation-bound Sheffield United. Pochettino will hope his side can carry on their momentum from the United win to keep alive their European hopes.

Fortunately for the Chelsea boss, there were no fresh injury concerns from the contest. Malo Gusto started in the pouring rain despite coming off against Burnley last weekend while Benoit Badiashile restored his place in the XI after returning from injury.
Carney Chukwuemeka and Trevoh Chalobah recovered from their brief spell out, coming off the bench in the second half. Ben Chilwell missed the game due tot illness, but is expected to return providing he recovers in time.
“He is still not training, Chilly,” Pochettino said. “We will see tomorrow [Saturday] if he is involved. For sure, we hope he can be for the next game.”
Goalkeeper Robert Sanchez wasn’t named in the matchday squad but could return at the weekend having returned to team training. Christopher Nkunku, Reece James, Levi Colwill, Romeo Lavia, Lesley Ugochukwu and Wesley Fofana remain out.
