Live: Boy, 15, rushed to hospital after Chiswick stabbing as attacker on loose

A 15-year-old boy has been stabbed in West London. The Met was called to a road in Chiswick yesterday evening (Friday, March 29).

The boy was taken to hospital after officers found him injured. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening nor life-changing.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Service said: “Police were called to Great Chertsey Road, Chiswick at about 8.24pm on Friday, March 29, following reports of a stabbing.

“Officers attended and found a 15-year-old boy with stab injuries. He was taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life changing or life threatening. No arrests have been made.

“Enquiries are ongoing. Anyone with any information should call 101 quoting 6368/29MAR.”

According to UKNIP, due to a road closure, London bus routes including the 190 and 533, were affected. Commuters were advised to seek alternative routes and to expect delays while the police carried out their investigation.
