Faulty trains on both the London Underground and Elizabeth line are causing severe delays this morning (Friday, April 5). Transport for London (TfL) is reporting that on the Bakerloo line there is major disruption due to a faulty train which has now been rectified, however delays are ongoing.
And on the Elizabeth line the transport authority says a faulty freight train is blocking the line at West Ealing meaning severe delays between London Paddington and Reading/Heathrow Airport. There are also minor delays between Abbey Wood and Whitechapel on the east of the line.
Meanwhile planned closures on the Northern line and London Trams continue today. Follow our live blog below for the latest.
