Live: London Underground lines delayed with line part suspended as section of Overground closed

Two Tube lines are disrupted this morning as passengers face delays. One Underground line is also part suspended.

In addition, a section of the Overground is shut. As of 7.15am, there was no service on the Piccadilly line between Hyde Park Corner and Hammersmith, westbound only, and SEVERE DELAYS between Acton Town and Heathrow Airport.

This is while engineers fixed a signal failure at Stamford Brook. Tickets are being accepted on London Buses and Elizabeth Line.

On the Metropolitan line, there were minor delays between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aldgate while TfL responded to a signal failure in the Wembley Park area.

Until Sunday, August 4, there will be no Overground service between Hackney Downs and Chingford. Replacement bus service L3 operates between Hackney Downs and Chingford via Clapton, St James Street, Walthamstow Central, Wood Street and Highams Park.
