Drivers using the M25 are warned of building traffic near the QE2 Bridge as two lanes are closed following a crash. There are delays clockwise near the Dartford Crossing from M25 J31 (Lakeside / Purfleet) to J1a A206 (Dartford).
The online traffic site Inrix states the motorway was blocked shortly before 8am on Wednesday (April 10). It adds there is congestion to before J30 A13 Lakeside, with A13 queues back past Grays. This is one of several incidents on the M25 this morning.
There are two mile-long queues on the clockwise carriageway after J27 following a crash with one lane closed. Inrix reports the delays are partly being caused by drivers slowing down to pass the incident.
Traffic is also bad on the anticlockwise carriageway after J29 A127 (Romford / Basildon) following an earlier broken down car. It is understood drivers were briefly held on the carriageway but all lanes have since reopened.
